F5m - MS Research Australia

Story

 

Hi,
 
I am running over 70 km's each week to get ready for the Australia's most stunning marathon - The Great Ocean Road Ultra Marathon! 
 
This seriously testing run is 45kms, from Lorne to Apollo Bay, on 18 May.
 
Why am I doing this? Many people I know, or their friends, have Multiple Sclerosis. So it's something that is really close to my heart. 
 
I'm not one to wear a white lab coat and peer through microscopes. Instead, to help find a cure, I am more than happy to put on my fluro trainers and run the beautiful great ocean road. This means I will; 
-  run 45km from Lorne to Apollo Bay in FOUR HOURS!!!
-  run 1200km training for the event (equivalent of running further than Sydney to Noosa)
 
Please help me help those affected by MS by supporting me through this challenge and making a generous donation.
 
Every little bit helps. 
 
Some of my friends have challenged me by committing to doubling their donation if I succeed in running the 45kms in under 4 hours. That's running 11.25km every hour for 4 hours!
